nEO slipform
The Slip Form method is a type of special hydraulic form of the existing on-site casting method. After pouring the concrete, when the strength of the concrete is greater than that for self-support, it moves upward and continuously repeats rebar assembly, concrete pouring, and curing to complete the structure. It is suitable for safety, shortened construction period, and high-quality structures.

applied area
Railroads and roads: vertical ventilation shafts, vertical stations Power and communication facilities: vertical power conduit Underground storage facilities: downtown waterway vertical shaft, pumped storage power generation and dam vertical shaft Bridge piers (PIER): long bridge piers, large bridge pylons, etc. SILO: Storage of cement, grain, gas, raw materials Stack (Chimney, STACK): Applied to plant facilities, power plants, and buildings High-rise building: High-rise building CORE (E.V.. staircase, vertical wall) Port pier: CAISSON
Features of construction method
1. High-quality finishing of circular walls and internal walls with continuous rise of NEO slip form 2. Excellent construction period reduction due to simultaneous rebar assembly, concrete pouring, and curing processes (weekly: 1.5~2.0m/day) 3. Air saving through PC SLAB and PC stair assembly methods 4. Ensure worker stability with 3-tiered indoor work space 5. Applicable to construction even in narrow field locations in urban areas 6. The higher the construction height, the better the construction period and cost.

UPPERDECK
Distributed loading of rebar and miscellaneous materials
Concrete hopper installation and jack rod connection assembly
MIDDLE DECK
Wall rebar assembly and hydraulic pressure increase
Concrete pouring and other work
HANGING DECK
Concrete surface finishing work
Curing check and bracket installation work
Better than other existing methods
Safe and effective advanced technology
Neo City applies site-centered design, slip form method, slab and staircase assembly method (Precast Concrete), etc. Through construction commercialization, we are securing advanced technology that is safer and more effective than other existing construction methods for vertical structures.
1
stability
Slipform 3-layer structure indoor work space work
PC SLAB and staircase assembly and installation: simple and convenient
2
economics
Reduction in construction costs compared to construction period
Wall construction height: 2.0m/day (daytime), 4.0m/day (daytime/night)
PC SLAB and stairs: 1st to 2nd floor/1 day installation
3
Constructability
Concrete wall structure integration
Convenient slip form construction and PC assembly method
Advance preparation required depending on ready-mixed concrete supply time
4
quality
Factory production: high quality PC SLAB and
PC stairs application
Excellent finish for lower concrete wall treatment after slip form rises
